Jeff is a veteran business and collections litigator, who employs an entrepreneurial perspective to design solutions for his clients. Jeff has practiced law for 26 years, the majority of which were spent as a managing partner and six years as national litigation counsel for an international banking entity. For the last 11 years, Jeff has run a boutique litigation firm focused on diverse areas of litigation, including business and contractual disputes, collections and creditor’ rights, representing a variety of financial institutions and other commercial interests in connection with their defaulted consumer and commercial loans. In addition, Jeff has provided representation numerous homeowners associations. Notably, Jeff has extensive knowledge and experience in post-judgment collections, an esoteric area of the law that few attorneys understand well. Jeff has practiced in both state and federal courts. Jeff obtained his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M attended Texas Tech for an MBA and was awarded a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law.
